Scholarships


1. General Scholarship

- All successful candidates : 1st semester KRW 1,000,000
- In case of getting professor's recommendation, from 2nd semester students can get Teaching Assistant Scholarship(30%
  of the tuition fee), Studying Scholarship(30% of the tuition fee) and Working Scholarship(depends on work hour).

2. Global Scholarship

- All successful candidates : Two-year full tuition including entrance fee
- Terms of scholarship
  1) A beneficiary should publish a research paper in an international scholarly Journal(SCI).
  2) 2nd year : TA duty will be given.

3. Korean Government Scholarship Program

- Designed to provide higher education in Korea for international students with the aim of promotion international
  exchange in education, as well as mutual friendship amongst the participating countries
- Scholarship Benefits
  1) Airfare : an economy class flight ticket to Korea and to your home country
  2) Settlement Allowance : 200,000 KRW
  3) Monthly Allowance : 900,000 KRW
  4) Research Allowance : Liberal Arts and Social Science Degrees: 210,000 KRW per semester / Science,
       Technology and Engineering Degrees: 240,000 KRW per semester
  5) Language Training Fees : Fully covered
  6) Degree Tuition: Fully covered
  7) Dissertation Printing Fee Reimbursement
  8) Medical Insurance : 20,000 KRW per month
  9) Korean Proficiency Grants : 100,000 KRW per month
  10) Scholarship Completion Grants : 200,000 KRW
- Period of Scholarship
  1) Doctoral Degree Program : 4 Years Total (September 1, 2016 ~ August 31, 2020)
      · 1 Year Korean Language Program and 3 Year Degree Program
  2) Master’s Degree Program : 3 Total (September 1, 2016 ~ August 31, 2019)
      · 1 Year Korean Language Program / 2 Year Degree Program
